Founded in September 2008, came about from a frustration at the lack of alternative fueled vehicles for the general public. Studies show that a huge number of people now would purchase an non-gas powered cars if they were just available. The technology is there, the market demand is there, but the cars are not. By voting with our pocketbooks and declaring not to buy another “same old” gas car, it will hopefully provide the auto industry the incentive they need to produce the cars Americans want. Politicians and governments seem unable or unwilling to help change our auto fleet from gas based to renewable energy fueled. But we think natural private sector market pressures will drive this change much more effectively.

We intend to provide the latest news and up to date information on everything related to alternative fueled cars. In addition, our commenting system and forum sections allow a place for discussion and debate about the coming gas free car transformation. We plan to make this site the central destination for alternative fueled vehicles on the Internet.
