Declare your last gas car

As individual citizens, most of us don't have the power to effect sweeping changes in energy policy. But as consumers we have the ultimate power to vote with our pocketbooks by deciding what to buy. We feel the open market is what will drive the change from fossil fuels to gas independence, not government or politicians.

So please sign our pledge to declare that for your next vehicle, you intend to purchase a hybrid, plug in electric or hydrogen powered car. As this list grows it will show car companies the huge demand that exists for affordable alternative powered vehicles. If they want to make sales, they will create the supply to fill this demand.

Tell the car companies you are driving your last gas car!
